Step by step: Create a new user<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You can rewrite this, but it is worth leaving the strong one. Be sure to leave it ticked on the User notification<\/strong> (Send an email from the new user's account) checkbox.     The hierarchy of WordPress is strict. Always give the smallest possible authority, with which the colleague can still do his work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Administrator:<\/strong> The all-powerful gentleman. You can see everything, install add-ons, delete the entire page, and throw other users away. Who do you give it to?<\/strong> Just for yourself and your web developer! Never give it out to a marketer or external copywriter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Shop Manager:<\/strong> (Only if you have a WooCommerce webshop)<\/em>. He is responsible for the webshop. You can see and edit products, manage orders and coupons, but you can\u2019t delete the WordPress system itself or reach into the code. Who do you give it to?<\/strong> To your employee who handles the packages and uploads the products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Editor:<\/strong> Responsible for the content. Create, modify, and publish pages and posts\u2014yours and others. However, you do not have access to the technical settings of the website (e.g. menus, plugins). Who do you give it to?<\/strong> As a marketer, SEO specialist, editor-in-chief.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Author (Author):<\/strong> You can only write posts, and only the own<\/em> publish and edit your posts. You can't touch other people's articles. Who do you give it to?<\/strong> For internal bloggers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

      Never use the word \u201cadmin\u201d as your username.<\/strong> At every attack, hackers\u2019 robots first try to crack the passwords of accounts called \u201cadmin\u201d. Always use a unique identifier (e.g. first name.given name<\/code> or cegname_seo<\/code>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
