Do you encounter these problems as an agency or developer?
Insufficient internal capacity
There are many projects, not enough developers. The client has already promised to be ready, but there is no one to do it. You don't want to let the client go, but you can't develop it.
Difficult to find a reliable subcontractor
The previous freelancer did not meet the deadline, the code is ‘spagetti’, which is a nightmare to maintain. You don't know who to trust with the project to make sure it's good.
It's a WordPress problem you can't solve.
Unique functionality, API integration, WooCommerce customisation – and you're not sure. You're afraid you're gonna mess it up, or it's gonna take too long.
You're afraid that the third-party developer will "snatch" your client
If you introduce your subcontractor to the client, what if he goes directly to him later and you eat out of the picture? Or are you miscommunicating and ruining the relationship?
How do I work with you on a white label basis?
You deal with strategy and customer relations, I deal with flawless technical implementation. On a white label basis – I use your name.
Step 6:
1. You discuss the project with the client
The client communicates with you, you understand his needs, you make an offer, you sign the contract.
2. You give me the project
You send me all the information (plan, functionality, boundary, deadline, etc.). We'll discuss the details if we have to.
3. I develop in the background (white label)
I'll do the project using your name. The client doesn't know about me, he only communicates with you. I will send you a weekly update (about job, progress).
4. Testing and conciliation
When it's done, you look at it in a staging environment. Repairs, refinements – until perfection.
5. You hand it over to the client
You present the finished website to the client. Under your name. I don't appear anywhere.
6. Support and maintenance (optional)
If the customer requests support or maintenance, I also undertake it on a white label basis. You forward the request, I'll do it.
What projects do I undertake on a white label basis?
1. WordPress development
Company website, landing page, portfolio, introduction page – anything on WordPress basis. Technology: Bricks Builder, Oxygen, Core Framework, ACSS, Custom Development
2. WooCommerce webshop development

Why am I the right white label partner?
6 reasons:
1. Experience – developer since 2016
50+ successful white label projects for agencies and developers. I know what you need and how to work professionally.
2. Deadline Respect - I do not slip
If we set a deadline, I'll keep it. I'll send you a weekly update so you know where I am. You don't have to worry about me slipping.
3. Clean, maintainable code — Non-spaghetti
I do not write the code ‘quick and dirty’. I write a clean, documented, maintainable code – so there are no nightmares to change later.
4. Communication – I will respond quickly
If you have any questions, I'll answer them in 24 hours. I'll send you a weekly update on the status of the project. You don’t have to ‘hunt’ me to see what’s going on.
5. White label – I am completely invisible
The client doesn't know about me. They do not appear anywhere (admin panel, email, phone call). You're the contact, I'm just working in the background.
6. No "client extension" risk
I'll never try to reach your client directly. You're the link, I'm just the technical backbone.

Frequently Asked Questions About White Label Collaboration
1. What is white label development?
You bring the client, you communicate with him, you keep in touch. I develop in the background, but the client doesn't know about me. Everything happens under your name.
2. How do we communicate during the project?
You forward the customer's requests to me (email, Slack, Discord). I'll send you a weekly update. The client communicates with you, I communicate with you.
3. What if the client wants to see the developer?
If you need a video call, they can be turned on without a camera, and you present. Or you'll hold the meeting, and I'll help you in the background.
4. What if the client asks for a change during the project?
All changes are documented. If the scope changes significantly, we will negotiate and change the price/deadline.
5. Do you get commissions from every project?
No, I don't. You pay me a fixed amount (hourly rate or fixed price). How much you charge the client is your business.
6. What if you're busy? Do you take on new projects?
If I'm busy, I'll let you know in advance. But usually you have 2-3 weeks to start a new project.
7. What if you make a mistake?
If I have a mistake (bug, improper function), I will fix it for free. There is a 30-day guarantee for the project.
8. What is the shortest/longest project duration?
Shortest: 1-2 days (minor improvements). Longest: 3-6 months (complex webshop + API integration).
9. Can I build a long-term relationship with you?
Yes, it is! I work with many agencies all the time, depending on the project. If the cooperation worked, we could work in the long term.
10. How do we start?
Write an email or book a consultation. We discuss the project, agree on the price/deadline and start work.
