Frequently asked questions about webshop prices

1. Why is a website more expensive than a website?

Because it's more complicated: WooCommerce setup, Barion/PayPal integration, inventory management, GLS/Foxpost delivery, Billingo billing, product structure – all this is extra work. 60-150 hours of work (depending on which package).

2. Why is it cheaper elsewhere?

Because they use template theme (not unique), no Barion integration (only PayPal), no automatic billing, no support, no warranty. Cheaper, but not professional.

3. Do I have to pay an advance?

Yes, 50% advance payment at the start of the project, 50% after the handover. This is standard practice.

4. Can I pay by installment?

Yes, it is! Payment in installments for 6-12 months. Details: Website and Webshop payment in instalments

5. How long does it take to complete the webshop?

Basic webshop: 4-6 weeks. Professional webshop: Six to eight weeks. Premium webshop: 8-12 weeks. (Depending on how quickly you send the product list, photos, descriptions.)

6. Who uploads the products?

You charge it, or I charge it on an hourly basis (15,000 HUF/hour). If you do not have time → I will help you, but this is an extra cost. I'll teach you how to do it yourself.

7. Do I have to pay for domain and hosting separately?

Yes, you pay the domain (~3.000-5.000 HUF per year) and hosting (~20.000-50.000 HUF per year, you need to be stronger than the webshop) separately to the service provider. I'll help you choose the right one.

8. How much is the Barion/Stripe/SimplePay/PayPal commission?

Barion: 1,7-2,8% + fixed fee (~HUF 5-10). PayPal: 2,9% + fixed fee (~HUF 10-15). This is not my fee, but the payment service provider deducts it from every transaction.

9. Is an automatic account generated?

Yes, if you choose Automatic Billing (Professional/Premium package). When an order is received → the account will be automatically generated in Billingo or Sampling.hu.

10. Is there a guarantee?

Yes, 6 months guarantee (Basic/Professional) or 12 months (Premium) for flawless operation. If something goes wrong (technical error), I will fix it for free.
